Four Poster Bed Lismore

A classically designed four poster with pleasing curves, quirky finials and feet and a delicate canopy. All in all a very stylish and rather different design coming from the tail end of the Art Deco design period.

This design is not held in stock but can be made to order in any size and with your preferred finish. Please ask for an up-to-date price.
Dimensions given are for the queen sized bed and for the sake of completeness ... the Headboard height from the floor is 1.39cms and the Footboard .59cms.

Generally speaking the four-posters tend to have low footboards - the exception being the Jacobean design - which means, in this day and age, it may be wise to measure the depth of your mattress as very deep mattresses, by the time you add the bedding and maybe a throw, start to look out of kilter. This is not a problem if ordering your bed custom as the footboard height can be increased so that the mattress is not top heavy. The pic included here shows a pretty standard mattress 23-24cms, plus a 10cms topper, plus bedding and it looks fine. Anything more, consider requesting your headboard be built up a little maybe ... This pic is of the Queen Anne footboard which is .58cms to the floor, so very similar to the Lismore bed.

Dimensions: H: 217 x W: 172 x D: 228 cm
